Ask a maverick, January 20

Ask a maverick – January 20. Due to popular request we have initiated a new feature. It’s called ‘Ask a Maverick’. We aim to provoke maverick leadership everywhere and to satisfy the pathologically curious!

The first maverick to be questioned is Nick Day. Nick is one of our writers. He is also the MD of an award winning recruitment agency (JGA Recruitment Group ). Nick is a Socialised Maverick and host of two extremely popular podcasts – HR and L&D Podcast and The Payroll Podcast.

He was recently on a CIPD panel answering questions on ‘how to recruit a diverse workforce’.

Please pose him a question. It could be on his take as a maverick, or what he does for a living. Or … well be maverick!

We will gather up the questions posed here, or via LinkedIn and put them to Nick to answer later this month.
