Ali King

Ali King is a freelance copywriter and one half of Good Business, an online membership platform for female entrepreneurs. Based in the Lancashire town of Clitheroe, Ali set up her copywriting business, Words By Ali, back in the lockdown days of 2020. After delivering a masterclass for Good Business the following year, she formed an Instagram friendship with founder Gaby Marsden, which blossomed into a business partnership in summer 2023. Now, Ali runs Good Business alongside Gaby, offering members a safe space to get the advice, education, and accountability needed to run their businesses better. As well as an online membership with masterclasses, accountability calls, virtual coworking and a private WhatsApp group, Ali and Gaby run in-person business events for women in the North West.
