An award winning virtual/keynote speaker and storytelling coach, after founding the UK and Ireland Professional Speaking Association (PSA), Rikki’s career as a sales and technology speaker ended when they changed gender in 2002. Faced with considerable discrimination, they completed a master’s degree in gender research and established themselves as a social entrepreneur and leading gender diversity speaker, including delivering two TEDx talks. Working extensively with organisations who are keen to raise awareness of gender inequality and create more inclusive workplaces, Rikki has developed a reputation for engaging audiences with entertaining and inspiring stories.
