Steve Haffner is a decision performance specialist, helping his audiences elevate their decision making to ensure their decisions align with their goals and reflect their values. His multi-faceted background includes a successful 30 year corporate career as a systems developer, business analyst, product manager and vice-president for companies such as EDS, Mercer, and Humana. In 2011 Steve launched his own business as a speaker, magician and mentalist. Using his personal experience and insights from the fields of psychology, behavioral science, and magic, Steve’s programs help participants overcome their cognitive illusions – the hidden mental shortcuts, distortions and subconscious biases that can sabotage great decision making.
