GCOlogist – 4 year anniversary. I create clear thinking and decisive leaders who utilise Maverick Leadership principles, so that they can thrive in complex, constantly changing environments. So it’s perhaps no surprise that some of my innovative solutions include the use of the GC Index®.

It didn’t take me long to realise that the real power of understanding your individual and collective impact came from embedding it into the Maverick solutions that I could create. After all, I have spent many years enabling business owners, individuals and leadership teams to amplify their impact and influence.

When it comes to change, my clients describe me as The Maverick Change Maker, and not just because I have an atypical GC Index profile. It is because I tend to be able to see the problem and the solution almost concurrently, and be able to strategise, innovate and execute so that success is possible. This enables the creation of clear thinking and decisive leadership.
