Iain Chalmers leadership lessons for the future

To close down 2019 we have decided to highlight a Maverick Paradox Podcast for every day in December. These podcasts were first published on our sister site maverickparadox.com.

Today is the first in the series and features Iain Chalmers who is a Socialised Maverick Leader with a proven ability to motivate and lead people in challenging, high-pressure and dynamic situations. He uses excellent interpersonal and communications skills to best effect, and is able to deliver complex programmes and projects in many diverse environments.

Iain is the MD of Affinity Flying Training Services Ltd which provides military flying training aircraft.

In this podcast Judith Germain discusses Iain’s leadership lessons, the importance of combining honest belief and execution to make a difference to customers and suppliers. He makes it clear that leadership is not something that you ‘do’ to your employees it’s something that you demonstrate all the time.
