The importance of Leadership Belongingness (podcast)

To close down 2019 we have decided to highlight a Maverick Paradox Podcast for every day in December. These podcasts were first published on our sister site maverickparadox.com.

Today is the second in the series and features Devin Halliday talking about Leadership Belongingness. This is an interesting concept and entails how to crush roadblocks, build engagement, create more time and turbocharge revenue.

Devin is on a personal mission to unlock and develop the potential in others, so that they may do more in the world.

In this podcast Judith Germain discusses

Judith Germain and Devin discuss the Belogingness Factor which enables you to keep top talent, have leaders that are transparent and present. They also discuss how leadership can be honed.

To find out more about Devin head over to his LinkedIn profile here.
