The seeker of peace

The seeker of peace. In this episode Judith Germain speaks to Aryeh Green about being a seeker of peace and the danger of living in your own bubble. Not everyone realises that they can have inner peace so do not seek it.

Good leaders have inner peace and know how to share that. That the ability to hold two opposing views in their head at the same time and still function is an essential skill. The way that people insist that the world is binary is a danger for public discourse. It reduces the ability to seek real and pragmatic solutions to the challenges we are facing.

Judith and Aryeh ponder whether the the problem with making ethical decisions is because more individuals are participating in binary thinking?

Listen to the rest of the conversation and the effects of the ‘we’ culture on the world around us and how we lead.
