Finalist – Leadership Excellence. The Institute of Leadership is a prestigious organisation who is determined to inspire great leadership everywhere. It is the professional membership body for an international community of over 50,000 leaders, managers, coaches and mentors.
Last year they held their first Leadership Award Ceremony, where our Founder Judith Germain was a Finalist in the Leadership Excellence category (Individual Award). This year we are pleased to announce that The Maverick Paradox is a Finalist in the Leadership Excellence category (Organisational Award).
We will find out on 15 November whether we have won. Wish us luck!
