Launching without funding. In this episode Judith Germain speaks to Irina Poddubnaia about launching without funding. Irina’s journey started from running a fulfilment centre in China for 2.5 yrs (without speaking Chinese) and went to launching a SAAS company entirely remotely without external funding and running it successfully to this day.

She explains her mission to free as many e-commerce entrepreneurs from routine as possible so that they can focus on things that truly matter, by sharing real life examples.

In this conversation they discuss how to manage employees when you don’t speak the native language. Learn from her journey and her advice for having the right mindset.
