The multi-site Maverick Leader

The multi-site Maverick Leader. In this episode Judith Germain speaks to Socialised Maverick Alex Stables about how you can lead a multi site operation with over a 1000 employees. They discuss the differences between running a single site and a multi one. The things that you must do to make it a success.

Alex remarks that many of the places that he has worked, approximately 80% of his budget has been his people. He reminds the listeners that it makes perfect sense to care about them and invest in the people.

They discuss the need for real leaders that can sell the company vision to their employees, take people with them. They also need people who are not afraid to think outside the box and challenge ideas.

Improvement comes from challenge
