The practice of trusted leadership. For years organisations have seen trust as a soft skill that you either have or have not. Judith discusses the Speed of Trust with her guest and the trust tax that is endured when trust is lacking in relationships. Today’s guest has strong opinions on this and believes that trust can be measured and improved. He talks about being mission focused and aligning others.
During the show Toby talks about his 360 Assessment which schools worldwide utilise to inform school improvement initiatives. He discusses how assessments need to be carefully scoped, with individuals who know how to write the questions properly and interpret the results.
