Kate Davis is an executive leadership coach, specialising in communications and team dynamics. She works with the senior leadership teams of large SMEs to help them develop greater self awareness and intentionality of communication and behaviour. This self awareness allows leaders to understand what it's like on the 'other side' of themselves and develop greater emotional intelligence. This, in turn, creates happier, more productive teams with high psychological safety, driving innovation and performance.
