Lucia Santa-Maria is a media professional. With over three decades as a Costume Designer in the dynamic world of Film and Television, Lucia’s passion for communication and the power of visual narrative was what led her to retrain as a Transformational Coach and Image Consultant. Using skills in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Life Coaching and Personal Styling, Lucia has created a dynamic set of coaching programmes to empower and support Women as they navigate life’s challenges. Additionally, she writes articles and features that align with her role as a UN Women UK CSW68 delegate. She is also the proud mother of a young man with cerebral palsy and autism and is a passionate campaigner for diversity in the workplace.
