Why have a stable? I have been defining mavericks as wilfully independent people since 2005. During that time, I have been working, studying and writing about them. It’s been an interesting endeavour to consider the maverick condition and interweave my ideas about leadership with my knowledge of mavericks.

The Maverick Paradox was born during the thought and writing process of my book.

The Maverick Paradox: The Secret Power Behind Successful Leaders

Over the last few years the Maverick Paradox seed that I have planted has born fruit into many iterations. First there was the book and then the website dedicated to explaining the maverick nature, and strategies of the maverick.

Soon there came The Maverick Paradox Podcast. This is a bi-weekly podcast where I have lively conversations with guests on a variety of topics – related to mavericks, their mindset or leadership.

A few months ago saw the emergence of a website dedicated to mavericks at work. This new website is also the place where you can go to see how we assist those that require assistance.

Finally, The Maverick Paradox Magazine was born! This magazine’s aim is to provoke maverick leadership everywhere. I hope you enjoy the contributions of the many authors. We look at the world with a different perspective.

Why have a stable?

One of the main reasons is to avoid confusion and to keep clarity on the subjects in the discussion. I can imagine The Maverick Paradox Stable growing over the time as I continue to diversify. I look forward to seeing you during this journey.
