Victoria, is a Humanologist with a keen interest in neuroscience and behavioural economics, she has spent over 20 years supporting organisations through Digital Transformation initiatives. In her spare time she guest lectures on business consultancy at Essex Business School. Victoria has two 8 year old boys (twins) who most definitely keep her on her toes and are helping her to learn more about human emotions than anything life has thrown her way so far. She is the Managing Partner at The OG Group.
