How to be more hopeful this year. In this episode Judith Germain speaks to Rev Hannah Gordon about how to be more hopeful this year. Hannah is a Maverick although she believes that labels belong on clothes and not on people and shies away from labels that don’t allow her to be herself. She shares why she runs and breathes in nature and why we shouldn’t feel small and insignificant in the world.
She explains that hope doesn’t mean bad things don’t matter, hope is an active verb not a passive state of mind. They discuss how you can be an agent of change and how does this impact on children. With children being more depressed and scared what can we do to help them? Hannah shares her belief that chidren will finally change the things that we should have done ourselves. They have much to teach us and provides so much encouragement.
